OUR CONTRAT SÉRÉNITÉ

You will receive an envelope with your countertop. It contains a unique key to activate on our website, therefore unlocking your serenity contract.



UNEQUALLED WARRANTY

We offer you a free warranty for your countertop, for all the materials, for 10 years. It protects you against any hidden effect. Such Contrat Sérénité is unique on the market.

YOUR COUNTERTOP’S ID

Your worktop has a unique number that identifies it as an original Pierredeplan creation. You will receive this ID card once you have activated the warranty on the website.

DON'T FORGET TO ACTIVATE IT!

You need to register your product on the website within 30 days after the installation to be covered. To do so, grab the number on the envelope you received with it to fill in the form below.

Before you register it, make sure you have read the caring instructions leaflet in order to be able to benefit from the warranty.

    Your order reference is composed of 2 letters and 6 digits mentioned on the envelope attached to your worktop during the delivery. Contact your kitchen installer if necessary.
